Mandira - what a roundup! I cannot even imagine what other cuisine besides our Indian (maybe other Asian countries) have such a multiple use of bananas/plaintains in their food. Lovely creations from everyone! Looking forward to the next round!

ReplyDeleteMandira - this is brilliant. So many recipes with bananas and so little time!! I fact, I tried to get hold of kanch kola in London and failed miserably only last week. Must try again soon...
